Transactional CrownLux Private Driver Service Messages

CrownLux Private Driver Service sends transactional SMS to riders who submit a ride request and provide a mobile number. These messages relate to the requested ride and may include a quote, reservation or deposit status, and related ride-service updates. By submitting a ride request and mobile number, you consent to receive these messages. Message frequency varies based on your request and reservation status. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. CrownLux does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. These transactional service messages are separate from the optional Preferred Rider promotional program.

Preferred Rider Specials

Preferred Rider Specials are separate, optional promotional SMS messages for eligible five-star riders who give express consent. They are not transactional ride-request messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of booking or receiving CrownLux transportation service. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
